In 2001, the Grant County Master Gardener Association was formed as part of the Wisconsin Master Gardener Program. A Master Gardener is a volunteer who has become certified through the program. The goal of the Master Gardener Program is to train volunteers to provide research-based information on a wide variety of horticultural topics in their communities. Fast forward to 2023 where gardening has hit new heights and the group has grown. That growth has expanded to include gardeners of all experience levels.
